Mr. Wang is Chairman and CEO of JM Eagle, the world’s leading pipe manufacturer of plastic pipes and building materials, in order to deliver drinkable water throughout China. JM Eagle partnered with the Earth Institute of Columbia University’s “Millennium Project” to provide over 400 miles of plastic pipe to be used to deliver potable water to over 350,000 people in eight African countries.

Professor Bruce C. Greenwald holds the Robert Heilbrunn Professorship of Finance and Asset Management at Columbia Business School and is the academic Director of the Heilbrunn Center for Graham & Dodd Investing. Described by the New York Times as “a guru to Wall Street’s gurus,” Greenwald is an authority on value investing with additional expertise in productivity and the economics of information. Daisy Cai, Managing Partner at Baidu Ventures, is currently leading Baidu Ventures’ technology investments globally. Prior to joining Baidu Ventures, Daisy was China Partner at TA Associates, a leading global growth private equity firm. She sat on TA’s investment committee and manages TA’s China portfolio. Ms. Cai was with Goldman Sachs Investment Partners in Hong Kong where, she has been leading TMT and consumer investments in Greater China. Yuhan was a media professional with over 5 years work experience with the New York Times, Observer Media Group, China Daily and was the Managing Editor for YUE Magazine. While with the New York Times, she participated in international projects for ESPN, China Press, Beijing News, among others.
Over the course of four years working in media/journalism, Yuhan has encountered a myriad of heart rending stories, shared by hundreds of interviewees of Chinese descent. She decided to launch HAN Media in 2014. The company will aim to build a media platform featuring talented young Chinese professionals in various industries, in order to help them gain exposure and opportunities in the U.S., as well as helping Chinese businesses break into the U.S. markets, while assisting American enterprises connecting with their Chinese counterparts.
A millennial entrepreneur and current MBA student at USC Marshall’s School of Business, Yutong was the youngest of 25 out of 90 selected winners among thousands by Bloomberg Magazine. His startup, Easy Transfer, which helps facilitates the transfer of tuition from China to the U.S., gained him millions of seed capital from IDG.

Professor Schramm has been conducting research related to China since the early 1990s and is on the faculty of the International Business School of Suzhou as an Associate Professor. He is on XJTLU’s Research Steering Committee and is Finance Editor for the International Journal of Emerging Markets. He had been on the faculty of Columbia Business School for over 27 years and was the first recipient of the prestigious Chazen Institute Award for case writing on an international topic. As an Economist at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in the early 1990s, he worked on debt workouts for heavily indebted countries and was instrumental in the reform of the foreign exchange system of Uganda. He has done consulting work for the World Bank. He founded and led the China Business and Economy Group of the Harvard Club of New York City. Professor Schramm recently completed a textbook on China and the United States: The Chinese Macroeconomy and Financial System: A US Perspective Routledge/Taylor&Francis/ME Sharpe. Professor Schramm holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Harvard University (with honors) and Master of Arts, Master of Philosophy and Ph.D. in Economics from Columbia University.
Mr. Feller joined ZZ Capital International (“ZZCI”) in 2016. ZZCI is the global private equity arm of Zhongzhi Group, a privately owned diversified asset manager based in China with more than US$150 billion AUM. Before joining ZZCI, Mr. Feller was an equity partner and Managing Director at Metalmark Capital and was involved in all aspects of the investment process, including transaction sourcing, evaluation, and execution across a variety of industries, including energy, healthcare, consumer, and industrials. Prior to the formation of Metalmark, Mr. Feller was an executive at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners and The Blackstone Group’s Private Equity group. Mr. Tseng is a partner in PwC’s Value Chain Transformation Practice. He has over 20 years of experience in advising multinational firms on business transformation, transfer pricing, IP planning, globalization, valuations, post-merger integration and other tax and financial advisory issues in the United States, Europe and the AsiaPacific region. Steven’s clients include a large number of Fortune 500 and other large multinationals from a wide range of industries and geographies. Mr. Tseng serves on the Asian advisory board for the Tuck School of Business as well as on the Alumni Council at Dartmouth College. He is past Chair of the Tax Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and served as a member of its past five delegations to the U.S. Congress in Washington, D.C. Mr. Tseng holds an MBA and BA (Economics) from Dartmouth and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) of the American Society of Appraisers.
Mr. Weiss is an Advisor to Sanpower Group, an Executive Director of the Board and Business Development Head at one of Sanpower's investee companies, Cordlife Group Limited. Prior to his current positions, Mr. Weiss was a Partner and Managing Director at cross-border private equity firm, Sailing Capital, China’s largest RMB fund primarily investing overseas. He also served as Managing Director of Morgan Stanley’s China mergers advisory unit and had held investment banking positions at Credit Suisse Group and Citigroup, where he transacted over $20 billion in M&A and capital markets transactions, including China Development Bank Capital, China Resources Gas, China Southern Grid, SinoTruk and others.
Mr. Weiss obtained his Master of Arts from Harvard University and a Bachelor degree from Northwestern University.
Mr. Hao is a partner at JunHe’s New York office. Mr. Hao has been practicing law in New York since 2003, and joined JunHe in 2011 after eight years at two leading U.S. law firms (White & Case; Vinson & Elkins).
Mr. Hao has significant experience in corporate, M&A, finance and FDI matters involving China. He also advises US clients on complying with China’s rapidly developing laws in areas such as anti-bribery, anti-monopoly, labor and employment, and national security. In addition, Mr. Hao acts as outside general counsel for many Chinese clients doing business in the U.S. and links them with U.S. lawyers and other professionals.
Mr. Hao frequently speaks and writes on China-related legal and business issues, and has been interviewed by leading Chinese and U.S. media. He co-chairs Practising Law Institute’s annual seminar on Doing Business in and with Emerging Markets.

Yiting is a partner and the COO of Coalescence Partners, a U.S. based investment management company. Yiting was previously a co-founding partner of HuiEn Capital and advised Chinese institutions and family offices looking to invest in the United States and/or to join ventures with U.S. institutions. Prior to HuiEn, Yiting was a co-founder of Ray Shi Capital, an investment management company focused on small- and mid-cap Chinese equities. Prior to Ray Shi Capital, Yiting focused on the investment and management of Vision Opportunity China Fund as the Vice President of Greater China. Yiting had also worked at PepsiCo’s corporate strategy and development group and the Boston Consulting Group. Yiting graduated from Harvard with honors in Applied Math with an Applied Field in Economics. Yiting is a Board Member of the Asian Financial Society.
Dan Burstein co-founded Millennium Technology Value Partners with Sam Schwerin in 2002. He has been actively involved in many of Millennium’s most important investments including Facebook and Alibaba, and led the firm’s investment in Twitter. Before Millennium, Dan was Senior Advisor at The Blackstone Group, a consultant to the CEOs and senior executives of major global corporations including Sony, Toyota, Microsoft, and Sun Microsystems. During the last two decades, Dan has been a forum fellow at the World Economic Forum in Davos and has been honored many times for his books and journalistic work, including awards from the Overseas Press Club and Sigma Delta Chi. He is the author of 14 books, including Big Dragon, a 1998 book about China’s future.
Elise has over 20 years of Venture Capital and private equity investment experience in the US and Asia. Elise is currently CEO of Noah US LLC and a Partner of Gopher Asset Management/ PE Subsidiary of Noah Holdings focusing on both FoF and Direct Investment in US. The AUM under Gopher is over US$16B. Prior to Gopher/Noah, Elise was Partner at WestSummit Capital, and was instrumental in building up WestSummit's presence in Silicon Valley for the past 6 years. She led major U.S. investments including Unity Technologies, Mirantis, Couchbase, Netbase Solutions, Silkroad, and Yume. Prior to WestSummit, Elise was the Vice President/Head of US Investment at Vertex Venture Holdings ($1.5B VC arm of Singapore Temasek Holdings) where she oversaw direct investments and fund of funds investments in the U.S.

She was also the Chairwoman for the Alliance of American Chambers of Commerce, Vice Director of The Council of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, a board member of Asian Financial Society. Ms. Zhu has more than 10 years' experience in the financial and media industry in America, Europe and Asia. She worked as the Chief Financial Officer for a US listed Chinese company, a credit analyst for Rogge Global Partners in London, and a financial analyst for Aufhauser Securities in New York.
Ms. Zhu earned a MBA and a MS degree from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and a BA degree in Journalism and a Law Degree from Lanzhou University in China.
